Sembrando el Futuro is the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE)'s annual fundraiser created to celebrate the accomplishments of their members and the generosity of partners. The proceeds from the event go to support community programs focused on high school, collegiate, women and mid-career professionals, all in efforts of building a strong sector of talent by supporting members with the necessary resources to progress to the next level in their education or career. With the help of various sponsors, HACE hopes to build and impact their current reach of 40,000 members nationally.
