Politics is life: it affects our drive in the morning, our favorite sports team, and the ability of our neighbor to get on American Idol. Being informed about where political candidates stand on issues that impact Chicago's communities is crucial. On March 14, 2014, from 6pm-9pm, the Polish American Leadership - PAC is hosting a premier event for the Polish-American community and greater Illinois voter community. In an effort to educate and engage Polish-American voters, Polish-American Leadership Political Action Committee (PAL-PAC) in cooperation with Polish- American Chamber of Commerce (PACC) and with members of 30 other Polish- American Organizations is hosting a “Candidates’ Forum.” The Forum will give constituents a chance to listen and ask questions to various candidates that are running for office in the Primary election. |
Notable candidates in attendance include Jorge G. Zavala, candidate for Congress, 4th District, and Dan Rutherford, Illinois State Treasurer and Republican Gubernatorial Candidate. This will be an exciting opportunity to engage with the political community and ask questions to your favorite candidates. To get your complimentary tickets, please click here.
