CHICAGO - Kick-off the holiday season with Stan Mansion's holiday rendezvous, Cookies (and FUN!) with Santa! The event, benefiting Toys for Tots, will take place on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 11am-2pm with a FREE huge party for kids.
STAN MANSION, a historic venue in Logan Square, is a great place for the kids to enjoy indoor fun and entertainment. Join PdM and their dear friends for cookie decorating with Sandy Cakes Couture Confections, glitter tattoos with Shop 1021, delicious goodies from Half Italian, healthy juice options by Tampico, talent by RO Stage Theatre and Y Theatre, face painting by the talented Veronica Avila of Kahlo Salon, and many more delights. Santa and his helpers will also be present to take pictures with your kids .
FREE ADMISSION with a new, unwrapped toy donation.
The holiday season is a very special time of year filled with laughter, joy and anticipation. Children dream of having a gift to open as they anxiously wait for their wishes upon a star to be answered. However, there are too many children in the Chicago area living through the holiday season without the gift of a family to call their own or whose parents are struggling simply to provide them with basic necessities. For many of these children, those dreams and wishes will go unfulfilled. Please help us make their wishes come true.
Our mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys during every November and December and distribute those toys with the help of the Toys for Tots Foundation as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.
