Sustainability is the balance between the environment, equity, and economy.
Sustainable practices take into consideration environmental health, social equity and economic vitality in order to create prosperous, healthy, diverse and resilient communities for the present and future generations to come.

*Cook at home and limit take out when possible.
* Opt for more plant-based options rather than animal products. (It takes much more resources to produce animal products.)
*When given the option between plastic or glass, choose glass. (Glass containers can be upcycled or recycled much easier than plastic.)
