The Managing/Marketing Director manages the business of Prestige du Monde and personally oversees the strategy and execution of all Integrated Marketing Communications across all business units including lifestyle photoshoots, bar, group sales, corporate sales, and training center. This person must be familiar with theater marketing, project management, and consistently leading others. Ideal candidates must possess habits of self-management, personal accountability, ease with exercising influence and motivating others, holding others accountable, and impeccable written and verbal skills. Also important are: advocating a consistent brand message with all stakeholders, leveraging relationships with media professionals, and efficiently processing a high task load.

- Design Marketing Plan, Calendar, and Budget
- Oversee, manage, and execute all areas of Integrated Marketing Communications, including:
- Social Media
- Digital Media / SEM / SEO
- Publicity & Public Relations
- Advertising
- Guerrilla / Events Marketing
- Consults as a resource on marketing strategy for department heads.
Process / Project Management
- Apply Project Management discipline to marketing campaigns and all other major business priorities.
- Develop and communicate clear project plans that include change management and communication sub-plans.
- Hold regular group and 1-on-1 meetings to support consistency, communication, and effectiveness.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred: marketing, advertising, PR, communications, business etc. Graduate education in a related field a plus.
Special Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use or learn to use computer applications including ACT, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite products, as well as certain other internal software.
- Familiarity with Social Media, SEM, SEO required.
- Familiarity with Chicago B2B publicity a plus.
- Familiarity with events-based / guerilla marketing a plus.
