Chicago, IL: Celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights, Diwali, and party like India through food, dance, and fashion in a first for Chicagoans during the epic Indian New Year – Bollywood Blowout.
Indian As Apple Pie (Anupy Singla), VChilli Events (Vandana Walia), and Ladies Night Chicago (Shari Duffy) will delver a truly memorable night with New York-based DJ Rekha at the historic Stan Mansion on Friday, November 15.
Over 500 people are expected to help raise money for Chicago-based Gigi’s Playhouse, a non-profit that supports children with Downs Syndrome. Proceeds will help fund their new Hoffman Estates-based center. One lucky winner will land a trip to India on Air India – a $4,000 value.
The party starts at 6 p.m. and goes till midnight with Indian-inspired cocktails, networking, giveaways, wine sampling, henna designs, a fashion show, and dancing.

Be bedazzled by Chicago’s own Indian fashion house, Charisma Boutique. Fresh from New York’s fashion week, Ritu Boorgu’s mission will be to outfit local media stars in South Asian fashions and jewels.
PdM will be present to showcase the magic, from traditional saris to select crafted cocktails.
